Management of the family budget

When it comes to money, almost never raises the question: "How to spend it?"
What's that ... and we spend something they can do.
Money is spent on food, utilities, gifts, education, clothing, etc.
And each of us periodically raises the question: how to allocate finances? How to manage the family budget?

Opinions differ on this account, but, nevertheless, all agree on one thing: it is desirable to adhere to any certain rules that would help in the management of the family budget, and would not let our expenses exceed our income.

Well ... These recommendations exist and I have to say, great help in the distribution of expenditure of money.

I have never heard about the rule of 50/20/30?
Try to stick with it and you will immediately notice how much easier it was to manage your budget.
No matter whether you are a mother with two children or a student, housewife or a businessman, this rule will help you not only to find out the extent to which you can spend the money in a particular category of expenses, but it will tell you the order in which you should spend their money.

Rule 50/20/30 simple because, instead of offering you to create 20, 30 or more categories of expenditure (who else would agree to such a hemorrhoid?), It breaks all your expenses by only three main categories:

Significant costs
Not more than 50% of your net income should be spent on something to keep the foundations of your life: housing, food, heat, etc.

In this category, only four of the budget expenditure: housing, transportation, utilities and food.

Financial priorities
At least 20% of your net earnings is to create a strong financial base, and they include your pension deposits, savings deposits and debt payments (loans), if any.

This - Your major costs and make necessary before all the others, in the first place.

Lifestyle Choices
No more than 30% of the net earnings should go to ensure that the lifestyle that you lead.
In 30% of these include: payment of television, internet, phone, charity, child care, entertainment, gym, swimming pool, hobby, hobbies, personal hygiene products, bars, restaurants and so on.

These expenditures are made in the last instance, after you have taken care of the payment of financial priorities.

Only then can reflect on in order to buy himself a stylish handbag worth a good fridge for a week or go to the Himalayas to meditate.
Try to stick to this rule

Try to stick to this rule
Try to use this rule 50/20/30 at least for two or three months, and you will see how much easier it was controlled with your finances!

If you find it difficult to stick to your budget, you will probably have to think about, or to find additional income or reduce costs.

Revise your budget

Your budget may vary according to your wishes and needs.

If you notice at the end of the month, that money for food is clearly not enough (for your needs), it is possible to be reduced in other areas to increase the cost of products or have to reduce the number of favorite desserts (for someone: beer, kebabs, cigarettes and so forth.)

Remember....

The budget is the first and most important step on the path to achieving your financial goals.

Once you have mastered it, the question of managing the family budget will disappear by itself, while you will be in control of your finances and be able to take the next step towards a new - wealthy - life.

Good Luck!
